1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-related products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale
- Customized or altered products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mention the reason for return
- Our team will verify and arrange pickup (if applicable)
- Once the product is received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to bank account / UPI
5. Exchange Policy
- We offer size exchange (subject to availability)
- Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery
- Only one-time exchange allowed per order
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Damaged item
- Wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
We will provide free replacement or full refund.
7. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return for damaged/incorrect products
- For other reasons (size issue, dislike), a small return fee may apply
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
