Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-related products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale
  • Customized or altered products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your Order ID
  2. Mention the reason for return
  3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup (if applicable)
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, refund/exchange will be processed

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to bank account / UPI

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery
  • Only one-time exchange allowed per order

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
We will provide free replacement or full refund.


7. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return for damaged/incorrect products
  • For other reasons (size issue, dislike), a small return fee may apply

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
